How do I prevent this Issue in Flow?

How do I prevent this Issue in Flow?

When sending an Email Template that has set recipients. Zoho CRM says "You cannot send email to this record as associated contact doesn't have either a primary or secondary email address" I am not sending any emails to this contact in the first place or to the deal it is associated to. I have an email template with links to work drives for my users. How can I work around this limitation?
