How do I use SalesIQ with more than one site? This is for Tracking only!!!

We have numerous sites, and have successfully installed SalesIQ in our primary site.

I'd like to add another site to SalesIQ, but I want to keep the tracking separate and distinct from the primary site.

Do I need to create another SalesIQ Portal? If so, how do I do that?
