How do you edit the basic Campaign Subscription email?

I don't see it per list under Contacts > Manage Lists > MyList > Pages and Email. It has every single thing there *except* for the one I want. This is extremely dry and I want to change it. I also want to change the Subscribe Confirm default. It is also dry.
