How do you turn off "Learn more..." on external collections?

How do you turn off "Learn more..." on external collections?

We're seeing all kinds of confusion with External Collections pages suddenly adding a link to "Learn more about file collections" on the bottom of the page.   The pages are intended for collecting information from 3rd parties, but the link is a Zoho support link that has no meaning to the people going to these pages. 

Is there a setting to turn off that link?
