How to Reactivate Terminated Employee in ZOHO Payroll

Dear All,

We have a scenario where we terminated one employee in Jan 2022 and again that employee joined our organization this month.employee email address is same but we are not able to enable the portal and getting the error that email id is duplicate (Employee has already been enrolled with)

Can you guide us how to active employee portal for re-joiner with same email address
