how to add a custom button to zoho crm ?

how to add a custom button that when I click on it , i can open a form that includes custom fields that when one of our team add information to custom fields he can call an api that i add in the backend to zoho crm to be able to call a 3rd party api to generate a link and send it to a user via an email , how can i achieve this ?
