How to add a "note" to the properties of a file?

How to add a "note" to the properties of a file?

Hi,

I have recently started working with Zoho docs. When I upload a document, in the Revisions list of the document properties there is a column with the title of "notes". I want to add notes to the revisions or to the document. I cannot see how I can add them? I cannot find the place to type in the notes.
