How to add another network?

How to add another network?

I have one internal network.

I have a Zoho One subscription.

I want to have "forum" capability with external users.

I think I need to create an external network.

Can I do that and still retain the existing internal network?

If not, can I delete the internal network, start an external network?  If so, what does that mean for my One subscription?
