How to change the product stock when a sales order is marked as "shipped"

In my Zoho inventory, when a sales order is created, the committed stock goes up by 1 and the available stock goes down by 1. In the sales order, there's an option to mark the order as shipped and when that happens, I want the committed stock to go back down by 1 and the stock on hand to also go down by 1. I'm not sure how to do that automatically since I don't have much experience with Zoho inventory.
