How to delete immediate sync by other users?

Hi Zoho MA Team,

I am newbie to Zoho MA and I am having problems in immediate sync.
Since the maximum limit per module is 5 only, I want to delete other user's immediate sync which are inactive.
But I got this error.

Delete permission for Leads is already enabled, but still encountered the error and I cannot delete the existing syncs.

I need to create new immediate sync. hope you can get me some answers for this concern.
