How to do Round Robin assignment of Records in Zoho Creator

How to do Round Robin assignment of Records in Zoho Creator

Hello,
I have two form Contracts Master which had a Unique Contract Number and Request Form where customer has to input their Contract Number and they can select different services.
If customer more than one services different records will be created.
Now, I want An automation to assign these records to my users in round robin fashion.

Field Link Names:

Form Name:Contract_Master
Contract_Number

Form Name: Request
Contract_Number [Lookup field]
Assigned_To [User field]
