How to get data from certain fields in one form to another form

Hi my query may sound simple but it is stumping me!

I have several forms one of which is called the 'organisation mastersheet'. In this form I have a column named 'organiser name' and in each 'organiser name' record I want data to appear from a seperate form called 'organiser management' (contact name, email and telephone number) instantly as it has been fed into the organiser management' form.

So when entering the name, email and telephone in to the 'organisation management' form when I switch to the 'organisation mastersheet' I would like those details to be displayed for that specific organisation.

Simple eh? On excel I would just link through sheets - its really easy! However I can't seem to do it on creator!

I don't know if I have to create relationships via look ups, I'm guessing the contact name, email and telephone number needs to be related to the organiser name... I managed to write script that added a new record when the data was entered - but I just want it to fill the related field! When tryng to fetch and update records I am stumped as I don't get what my variable is meant to be!

If you could oblige bysending me in the right direction - or even better giving me a script for this, I will be forever at your mercy.

Zoho Creator is a great piece of kit which I would love to use, I just need to get all my functions sorted and then it's going to help me immensely!
