How to get user zoho id

How to get user zoho id

Hi, 

I'm trying to assign user on creator to zoho projects, I didn't found a way to get the zoho user id (not the email and username) using deluge to assign a user using the "person_responsible".

Is there any way That I can get all the users ids or at least the current user id and assign them in person_responsible in deluge without assign the id manually?
