How to hide "We are online" after one time user clicked

How to hide "We are online" after one time user clicked

I'm using salesIq message on my website but there is a problem i set to show we are online near the chat button but i wanted to hide this message after user clicked on the button. the message is over some of my website element and disturb user from using my features.
