How to Link existing Contacts with existing Accounts.

Hello I have Contacts and Accounts already in ZohoCRM that I need to link together.
How do I do this.
PLEASE NOTE : The Contacts and Accounts are ALREADY IN ZohoCRM.
Every answer I've found in here for this questions refers to Merging as they are imported. These steps do not apply to my situation.
