How to list all soid of all environments(including Sandbox ones)

Hello,

I am trying to use the self client credentials flow(https://www.zoho.com/accounts/protocol/oauth/self-client/client-credentials-flow.html) for the Zoho CRM and the request to get a token requires an soid. However, I do not know how to get the soid from an API call. Is there a way to list all the soids so I can choose which one I want to use? I am asking mostly because when for example an environment is rebuilt the soid changes so I need to get the new one.
