How to reference a cell from another zoho spreadsheet?

How to reference a cell from another zoho spreadsheet?

Is it possible to reference a cell in another zoho spreadsheet? 

E.g. suppose I want to have a payroll spreadsheet for each of 5 employees that they fill out.  Their info goes onto my master spreadsheet, pulling the info from their spreadsheets. 

Is this possible in zoho?  How would I find out the syntax to refer to a cell in another spreadsheet?
