How to assign an avatar image to an external user in Zoho sprints

In our company, we use one external user to help with our projects. He is given access to Zoho sprints.
But we are not able assign an avatar image for him.
This make it difficult to see whether an item is not yet assigned to anyone or it has already assigned to this person

How can we assign avatar to him?
