I want to accomplish the following:

* Leads receive a campaign/journey email
* This email contains 3 links with different URLS

* Depending on the link click a tag is added to the lead (link 1 -> tag 1 / link 2 -> tag 2 ...)

Any idea on how to do this with MarketingHub?
