I have a question about how to set up Survey and ZohoCRM to link Survey and ZohoCRM so that the date and time of a customer's survey response is also displayed in the ZohoCRM contact information.
I have tried the following settings, but an error occurred and I could not link.

Settings
In the ZohoCRM integration settings, we selected the standard option "End date and time of response" for the survey item corresponding to the date item set in the ZohoCRM contacts, and sent out the survey and confirmed the response.
The date was not displayed in ZohoCRM, so I checked the synchronization status of the survey and found that the synchronization had failed, and the message displayed as the reason for the failure was "202:invaild data-field77(date)". The message displayed as the cause of failure was "202:invaild data-field77(date).
The "field77" in the above message is the API name of the date field in ZohoCRM Contacts.
The date format in our Zoho environment is "yyyy/MM/dd HH:mm:ss".
Is it possible to clear this error and achieve the purpose of this project (to display the date and time of survey responses in the ZohoCRM contacts)?
