How to upload an image from Zoho Creator to Zoho Desk?

Im trying to wrap my head around how I can upload an image from creator to desk. Im currently creating tickets with no problem through manual deluge functions on creator. However, there is no clear documentation on how to upload an image through the API. I was able to get the public URL from creator, and also pass through and download that image on my test environment, however, desk is giving me no clear indication of how to do a straightforward upload.

Any help would be very much appreciated, ive been trying so many different things for a week now and want to bash my head against the wall.

Note: Yes, I have read the Zoho desk documentation, I know that you CAN through multipart/form, however, there's no "Easy" way to do it in creator itself.
