How to use Picklist values language in email templates
Hello,
I'm using multi-language in Zoho CRM and I've prepared separate email templates for each language.
My question: how do I make sure the picklist field values in each template are rendered in the language that matches the template itself?
This is especially important for date-based/scheduled workflows where there is no current user in context.
What's the correct way to control the output language of picklist values in these cases?
