Html embaded word document does not process in zoho viewer api

Hello,

I have one word document which is generated by my application from html page and i need to display that word document into the browser window but i get error like

 "error":
 {
 "code":5833, 
 "message":"Server Error while processing the request"
 }

I also attached document file please kindly check it and suggest me how to view this file using zoho viewer.
