Hello, I would like to some how use this website https://www.randymajors.org/city-limits-on-google-maps?x=-94.8359213&y=38.7401548&cx=-94.8359213&cy=38.7401548&zoom=17&state=KS&onestate=show&cities=show 

I was able to input the long & lat in the website address. Once it loads it states the City Limits. It'll either say what city it's in or it'll say n/a. Is there anyway I can have the data input back into creator on current form that triggered it to open this website?
Or is there a way I can make this into an iframe to at least show on the same page as the form? I tried to create a page where I added the form and then an html snippet, but when it loads it shows that icon with frown face saying 'www.randymajors.org refused to connect'
