Hi, since last Saturday i can't seem to load one of my document in zoho writer. At first i thought server or my net was down. So i waited until sunday. Still can't access. All i get is a white blank sheet where my doc has more than 50k words in it. So i try to access it from zoho writer apps on my phone. When i try to open it it says that i don't have the access for it when it is my personal document that i didn't share to anyone. I try again loading from my phone browser, still getting the same white blank screen. Can you plz help me? I can access other documents without any problem juts that one document only i can't. Granted it is also the biggest file in my acc, still it has nothing in it but words and letters. I really need it. Please help
