I need help adding departments

Hi,

I have 4 brands added to my ZOHO Sales IQ.

The problem im running into right now is that when a visitor lands from a different brand and my operator caters to teh visitor it shows my operators full email which is not form that brand. How do I make it so that the visitor can not see my operators email just the name?
