I want to create a Form-Flow / chain of events.

I want to create a Form-Flow / chain of events. For posting final outcome on various message boards via a permalink. I know its possible in recruit, but thats a little complex, and some of the jobs are not for our company. I can force all posters to join our CRM first. Maybe rehires a better way to do this.
