iCal Meetings defaulting to "Free"

iCal Meetings defaulting to "Free"

When using the iCal url to sync into other programs (EG outlook and Vcita), appointments created in Zoho default to "Free" not "busy".

How do I change it so that appointments in the calendar always come up as Busy.
