Image not getting uploaded

Image not getting uploaded

Hi All,

I have created one form for storing the images, with field names, 'ImgData' - Name of pic and 'Image' - Image loaded. 

Second form has a deluge script to fetch the image on the click of a radio button and the script is as below. It loads the image to the 'Add notes' field 'Ref_Image1'.

The output is a box with question mark. The image is not loaded.

The variable displayimg has the following value. 


Plz point whats wrong in the script. Kindly help fetch the image.
