Import from word as new version existing Zoho document

Hi, I'm trying to use Zoho Writer for a collaborative document. I already have a Zoho document, which is shared with co-authors, but have been working on a downloaded copy in Word and would now like to import it as a new version of the same Zoho document. Is this possible? If so, how?
