Important Update : Pipedrive deprecated fields no longer supported in Zoho Analytics

Dear Pipedrive users,

We would like to inform you about a recent update related to your Pipedrive integration with Zoho Analytics.

The Pipedrive team has deprecated certain fields from their application. You can find more details in the official Pipedrive changelog: https://developers.pipedrive.com/changelog/post/deprecation-of-selected-api-v1-endpoints

To align with these changes, below listed fields will no longer be synchronised to Zoho Analytics.

Note:

  • Your existing data synchronisation will continue to run without interruption.

  • However, the deprecated fields listed above will no longer receive updated values.

  • We recommend reviewing your existing Pipedrive reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics to identify any dependency on these fields before editing your integration setup.

If you choose to edit your Pipedrive integration setup, Zoho Analytics will automatically list the affected reports and dashboards. You can then decide whether to modify or remove them before saving the updated configuration.
