Impossible de créer une adresse e-mail : licence déjà utilisée mais aucun utilisateur visible

Bonjour,

Je suis abonné à Zoho Mail Lite avec 1 utilisateur (abonnement actif), mais je ne peux pas créer mon adresse pro contact@joasavon.com . Le système indique « Limite maximale de licence utilisateur atteinte », alors que je n'ai qu'un seul utilisateur visible ( joasavon@gmail.com ) et aucun autre utilisateur dans Zoho Directory.

Je pense qu'un ancien utilisateur ou une configuration incomplète bloque l'utilisation de ma licence.

Pouvez-vous réinitialiser mon organisation ou libérer la licence manuellement ? Merci 🙏
