Improve Notes with Followers and Chips

Hello,

We are using Notes as the main mode of communication on a record. We like this since it keeps all the information in the record.

It would be great if Notes are improved with the following two features

1. Add constant followers - instead of having to @mentionateammate each time, we would add people as followers and they will receive all notes by default. This should be done easily and manually, not automatically or could be automatically based on some rules, but the user can add or remove.

2. Allow to mention and add each record as a chip in the notes. This is done in Asana for example and it is very interesting and helpful. You just go @startwritingtherecordname regardless of the Module and it shows you possible records. Once you choose it, it is added in the record notes as a link, just like a user.

It is useful sometimes to reference other records in the Notes.
