I've setup a web Goal that whenever any visitor (new or returning, any channel, any source) performs an event once, the goals is acheived (screen-308). It's called "webinar test".

Despite the event (called "webinar") being recorded three times (screen-309), the Goal has zero achievements.

Any idea why this is happening?
