Incomplete doenloaded NOTEBOOK notes

I have a problem with synchronicization from phone to web. So I decided to Download the notebooks in zip. I tried troubleshooting but the app won't even let me log-out. So I uninstalled the app download it again then imported the notes, and guess what the notes are incomplete!!! I finished a whole story there I have it all written down all the ideas and evrything!!! But no the d*amn up just save the ones it knew from the web. IT PISSES ME SO MUCH. That hard work of one day all gone because of the this problem your app has but you don't want to fix it because there's just a few people having this kind of problem.
