Inconsistent documents between modules - Package slip & Shipment order

We have recently moved over to Zoho One from TradeGecko and we have noticed a few strange inconsistencies between the document templates of various modules such as the Package slips and the Shipment Order.

Package slip consists of the following information that is really helpful and necessary for our operations.

For example, the Package slip contains both the "Bill to" and "Ship to" details. The sales order reference number is carried over instead of just the "Sales order number #" (useless if you ask me) and lastly, the package slip template contains a better layout of that information.

However, the Shipment order (we have named it Delivery Docket) does not have the same template layout, or data fields as the packing slip. The sales order Reference does not carry over, the "Bill to" and "Ship to" are not displaying the same.

This would be solved if it was possible to enable HTML templates that we can create ourselves.
