Incorrect sizing of Survey in mobile

Incorrect sizing of Survey in mobile

We are trying ZOHO Survey, Campaign, and CRM for our business. The Survey we have created does not resize correctly for mobile, especially iOS. The format of the survey is closer to the tablet size preview, which makes taking the survey very difficult on smart phones. We anticipate that 50% of our respondents will use mobile. There are smart templates in Campaign (which we are using) that fit mobile, why does our Survey not resize correctly for mobile? It does not appear as it does in the Mobile Preview mode in Survey. We will not be able to deploy our test Campaign until this is addressed. A response is much appreciated.
