incorrect VAT calculations from Ebay sales?

We have tried to resolve the problem with Zoho people couple of times but no joy so far (they are working on it so I hope it will be resolved soon)

Maybe there is someone with similar problem and I hope solution is easy.

When we sold product on ebay it show Vat @ 20% and invoice is generated by Zoho as normal displaying Vat @20%

Problems appear when customer add two items to ebay basket and purchase them, then Zoho dispalys Vat at 0% and we cant change it :/ so the invoice is displayed with 0% Vat

Customer help from Zoho said that the end amount of sale is correct with ebay and I agree it is correct but when you move to the Vat calculations it does not add Vat from this invoice because it says 0%vat inclusive on Zoho invoice.

So vat calculations are incorrect.

I look forward to get some help from Zoho team or maybe there is someone who had same issue and have resolved it.
