We'd like to propose a feature enhancement related to appointment reminders within Zoho Bookings.
Current Functionality:
Zoho Bookings currently allows configuring a maximum of three reminders for upcoming appointments. These reminders can be set at specific intervals before the meeting, such as "Days Before," "Hours Before," or "Minutes Before."
Feature Request:
We propose increasing the number of appointment reminder options available within Zoho Bookings. This would allow for greater flexibility and customization in our communication with clients.

Having more reminder options would allow us to:
Implement a multi-layered reminder strategy: We could send reminders at different intervals leading up to the appointment, ensuring clients and agents receive timely notifications regardless of their preferred reminder timing.
Reduce missed appointments: By sending reminders at strategic points, we could potentially decrease the number of missed appointments and improve our booking success rate.
Example:
We could send a reminder 2 weeks before the appointment, another reminder one week before and then another one 24 hours beforehand, and a final reminder 30 minutes prior to the meeting time. This multi-layered approach would significantly increase the likelihood of clients remembering their appointments.
Conclusion:
Expanding the number of available appointment reminders would empower us to create a more comprehensive communication strategy and enhance the overall appointment management experience for both ourselves and our clients.
