Incrementing Transaction Number Series Prefix

Hi guys,

I invoice customers one month in advance for the services provided during that subsequent month.

Currently have this as my Invoice prefix "%YYYY%%MM%-INVOICE".

Was wondering if there is a way to issue the invoice during September (using recurring invoices), but have the prefix show October (e.g. "202410-INVOICE-0001"). I'm currently issuing the invoice on the 1st of the desired month, but was hoping to move it one month prior and set the due date for "end of current month".

Adding a +1 or parentheses hasn't worked. Any help is appreciated.
