information needed for adding my bank

·      When adding the bank, Zoho asked for:

o   ‘Account code’ Your training module only gives the following simplistic, non-informative, unhelpful piece of info, but doesn’t tell one where to find or create it: 

o   Account Code

o   A unique code used for identification purposes.

o   ‘Routing Number’ As above, totally unusable, unhelpful information in your training module. I mean, where does one find it? Or create it? My bank (Nedbank) does not use routing numbers, but only a SWIFT code, which has 8 digits, not 9. Is this what you're looking for?

A nine digit bank routing number or Routing Transit Number (RTN) used to identify financial institutions in a transaction.

 

o   ‘Description’. What are you looking for? There is no information about this in your training modules.

·      'Branch' your training module says that there is information needed for a Branch … but this field is not available in your actual platform. (Branch usually refers to a bank branch, but your training module states: (totally confusing!)

·      Branch

The branches for which users can create, edit and delete transactions under this account.

 

I cannot add my bank because of the above obscurities.
