Inline chat window instead of a floating window.

Hi, i was wondering if someone could help.
I'm looking to build a chat page specifically for customers to chat with us.
But i don't want the chat bubble popping up on every page, as a matter of fact i don't want a chat bubble at all - just the chat window installed inline / embedded into our 'chat page'

how can i accomplish this?
