Inquiry Regarding Automated Assignment of Zoho TeamInbox Messages using Zoho Flow and Deluge
Hello,
Our company is currently using Zoho TeamInbox, and we are interested in automating the assignment of responsible parties using tools such as ZOHO Flow and Deluge. Is it possible to achieve this?
Allow me to provide more details. Currently, when assigning a new owner to emails received in Zoho TeamInbox, we perform a manual process as illustrated in the attached screenshot.
However, manually searching for email addresses not registered in ZOHO CRM Contacts each time and assigning a new owner in Zoho TeamInbox is bothered.
Therefore, we are exploring the possibility of implementing the following algorithm using ZOHO Flow and Deluge:
- When an email is received in Zoho TeamInbox, get the recipient's email address
- If the retrieved email address is not registered in ZOHO CRM Contacts:
Automatically assign the owner of the received email in Zoho TeamInbox.
Currently, implementing step 1 seems possible using ZOHO Flow's "New inbound message" feature, as illustrated in the attached screenshot.
However, we are unsure about how to proceed with step 2. It seems likely that coding in Deluge could be the solution, but we are unsure of the specific steps to take.
We have searched the internet for guidance but have been unable to find a solution. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
