Hello. We are looking for a system which does a few things. I feel that dot points would be the best way to explain what we are trying to achieve. 1- Be able to handle POS for a retail front as well as act as the back-end of an online store. 2- Actively manage stock levels and ensure that we do not run out of key lines. 3- Provide integration with facebook (Allow people to register with their facebook account) 4- Allow us to quickly and easily manage products in a way that is instantaneous and updates on the website in the same manner. 5- Work of the one customer and inventory list. 6- Handle refunds, credits etc easily. 7- Accept CC payments. 8- Perhaps a barcoding system. 9- Stocktake manager. 10- Be themed to our business. Website already exists. We would like to add onto this We want a completely integrated business solution that encompasses our retails shops as well as our online presence with a unified customer and inventory list as well as social media integration. We want to be able to run our entire business off this system. More than willing to subscribe to multiple Zoho application if required. Zoho Sites for example shows alot of promise.
