I was wondering if there was any plan to natively integrate Zoho Desk with Zoho Survey..

Actually, we have a customer-satisfaction survey, we'd like to dynamically invite our customers to this survey, when we close a ticket.

We can send a generic link, but it won't be natively integrated in Zoho CRM.

Do you plan to improve that? Do you have any suggestion on how to handle this case?
