Interactive Dashboard Charts

Hi,

I'm pretty sure this has been logged before somewhere on this community site.

Please consider the Dashboard Charts to be interactive. (You can click on dashboard charts to go further into the relevant details ,to open requests, customers etc.)

On that note, I am not actually sure where we ARE supposed to post ''enhancement requests'' for the Bigin system.

I assume it's the Idea section or any section? It's not clear to me.

Please clarify if this section is okay and also whether there is some type of process for determining an enhancement requests priority.

Is it how many upvotes it gets? Is it based solely on the Bigin staff's determination on whether they see it as a beneficial enhancement?
