Intern Hours Tracking

I need a database that my students can access to track their clinical work experience and practicum hours. They will need to track hours in eight categories, (i.e. counseling, referral, clinical evaluation, documentation, etc.) They may accumulate both paid and unpaid hours. They may accumulate hours from various facilities. They will need to generate a report that is sent to the State department that has oversight and that report (summary of hours) will need to be signed by their supervisor.


Budget : $300 | Duration : two weeks
