Invoice template update is not working properly

Invoice template update is not working properly

I'm trying to change the modern template and I'm having problems.  I save my invoice template and it seems that everything is OK. However, when I go to Parameters and I return to "invoice templates", my changes are lost.

Can anyone help me?
