Iphone App Not Showing Accounts

Iphone App Not Showing Accounts

We have a user that has downloaded the Iphone app and synced the database but when she logs in, it shows everyone elses accounts but hers.  She uninstalled the app and reinstalled it with no luck.  Any ideas on how to fix this?
