Is anyone using Touchpoints to identify their best performing lead sources?
Hi MarketingHub users,
I ask the question because the MarketingHub promotional video shows how I will be able to make better spend decisions based on the data collected with Touchpoints, but I find this feature just does not work.
If you are using the feature successfully, please tell me how you have it set up.
I only really see visits and although we regularly have leads come into our different MarketingHub lead lists and go through our journeys, it seems none of our Touchpoints are responsible for the lead coming in. On would think that if you have the MarketingHub pixel or plug in active on your pages and the lead forms are bringing leads into MarketingHub, you would think there would be data on the source. That unfortunately is not the case.
I have suggested that the MH team do a seminar on how to set this up, because it does not work for me.
Does anyone else have this problem or am I the only one?
